1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FrameOra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FrameOra Technologies ("FrameOra", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
FrameOra is a professional photography business management platform designed for photographers, studio owners, and creative professionals in India. The Platform provides:
- Online photo selection and delivery workflows for clients.
- Digital e-gallery creation and sharing tools.
- AI-powered photo sharing with face recognition (Studio Pro plan).
- Event and customer management tools.
- Watermarking, branding, and cloud storage features.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use FrameOra, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. FrameOra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans
FrameOra offers three subscription tiers: Basic (Free), Photo Pro, and Studio Pro. Features vary by plan as described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features or pricing with 14 days' prior notice.
4.2 Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Basic plan.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for first-time paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted to sales@frameora.co.in. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Basic plan and you will retain access to your data.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use FrameOra to:
- Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Upload obscene, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content of any kind.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit security vulnerabilities in the Platform.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) to clients or contacts.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Platform without written authorisation.
- Conduct automated scraping, data mining, or load-testing without prior approval.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of all photos and creative content you upload to FrameOra. By uploading content, you grant FrameOra a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Platform's services to you and your clients.
6.2 FrameOra's IP
All software, design, trademarks, logos, and platform documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of FrameOra Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written consent.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
8. Service Availability & SLA
FrameOra aims to maintain 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS), force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameOra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FrameOra in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrameOra Technologies, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases, and your data will be treated per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings.
